Highly successful managers have a way about them such that others want to please them. In a word, great managers are ‘leaders’. Though some are born leaders, the rest of us must build our leadership prowess one step at a time. The good news is: leadership is a fake-it-til-you-make-it activity. There are several things you can do TODAY, to build your self-esteem, command respect from others, be better organized, communicate effectively, create more time in your day, and develop followers that will march to your beat. This session is full of the magic tricks to make you more efficient, appear seemingly supernatural, and take your leadership skills to the next level, no matter your current experience.
