Irving Convention Center

Declare DFWAE Association Day a holiday and bring your whole staff!

Association Day is DFWAE's largest annual event. Join us for a full day of quality programming offered by dynamic speakers, an awards luncheon to recognize deserving peers in our profession, and networking with association professionals across the Dallas Fort Worth region. In addition, the exhibit hall presents opportunities to meet service providers, suppliers, and hospitality groups that can assist us in serving our members.

Give Back to Our Community

The Dallas Fort Worth Association Executives will be supporting Our Friends Place for Association Day 2020. Any support you can offer these young women in our local area is greatly appreciated!

Mission: To help young women break generational cycles of abuse, neglect, poverty and homelessness through empowering self-reliance and independence.

Since 1987, Our Friends Place has created positive influence that ignites generational change, empowering an underserved population in Dallas of single young women who experience abuse, neglect, poverty and homelessness to excel, grow, and flourish. Our Friends Place provides two programs:

  1. Transitional Living Centers to house women in need
  2. SOAR to Success homeless prevention program for young women to develop life skills.

Every year Our Friends Place houses an average of 40 homeless young women and mentors hundreds of at-risk youth to prevent homelessness. You can learn more about getting involved on their website: ourfriendsplace.org
