How to Engage, Delight & Connect with Young Professionals

Hear from some of our most dynamic and award-winning Young Professionals on their experiences with association membership. What are they looking for, and how can you engage, delight and connect with them better for a rich membership experience? Join us at this Dec. 6 event to find out.

Hear from our two panelists, Josh Kozinski and Lindsey Randolph.

Josh Kozinski is enSYNC’s Director of Business Development. Josh contributes to the association and non-profit industry in a variety of ways and maintains membership with TSAE, ASAE, and DFWAE. Josh is an active volunteer serving as a member of the DFWAE Board and Vice Chair of DFWAE's Membership Committee. He was recently awarded DFWAE's Young Professional of the Year Award.

 Linsey Randolph is the Education Manager with the Restaurant Facility Management Association. Lindsey attended Texas A&M University earning a Bachelor of Arts in History, followed by a Masters of Arts in Early American Literature and Spanish Colonialism at Sam Houston State University and Louisiana State University. This strong background in education helped her begin her career as a Program Coordinator for Supplemental Instruction and Tutoring for six years before her 2022 move to RFMA and the association realm. In her new role with RFMA, Lindsey has developed new education for all members across the educational spectrum ranging from new members and those just joining the industry to those with decades of experience.   

 As you can see, they have unique perspectives and will provide knowledgeable insights on this informative topic.

 Based on your feedback, we’ve moved our Engage Live to the first Wednesday of the month to accommodate your schedules better.
Connect with your peers while learning about a timely and relevant topic! Engage Live is free for all DFWAE members. Nonmembers can attend the first meeting complimentary.
