Event Refund Policy

  • Attendees. Event attendees may cancel up to 45 days prior to an event without penalty by contacting the DFWAE office. After that time, refunds will not be given, but attendees may transfer their registration fees to a future event or to another individual.

  • Exhibitors. Event exhibitors may cancel up to 45 days prior to an event without penalty by contacting the DFWAE office. After that time, refunds will not be given, but exhibit fees may be applied to a future event or transferred to another organization.

  • Sponsors. Event sponsors may cancel up to 45 days prior to an event without penalty. After that time, refunds will not be given, but contract terms may be renegotiated to apply to future sponsorship opportunities.

In the case of event cancellation by DFWAE, attendees, exhibitors, and sponsors will be given the option to move their registration to a future event or to receive a refund. In the case of a change in event length or format, attendees will remain registered and notified of any changes, at which time they may reach out to the DFWAE office to inquire about additional options.
