Choosing Leadership

Anyone can lead. Leaders are sometimes out front and sometimes in the back of the room. Leadership is best demonstrated when modeled, and DFWAE believes that leaders are leaders because they choose to be; they actively accumulate leadership skills.

DFWAE offers a professional development program for its members. It is self-paced, self-study with available mentors and regular group sessions for sharing the passion for leadership.
